Wakeelk AI is an AI assistant that answers messages from clinic patients and business customers on Instagram and WhatsApp on behalf of the clinic or business that subscribes to the service.

Data we collect

• Your Instagram account ID or WhatsApp number and display name.
• The text of messages you send, and voice notes (transcribed to text; the audio is deleted automatically after 24 hours).
• Details you share to book an appointment or be contacted, such as your name and phone number.

How we use it

• To answer your questions, book, change or cancel appointments, and hand the conversation to the clinic's or store's staff when needed.
• We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who can access it

• Only the clinic or business you messaged, through its private dashboard.
• AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) process message text to generate replies and transcribe voice notes, under their terms.
• Meta (Instagram and WhatsApp), through which the messages travel.
• Data is stored on Amazon Web Services servers; sensitive credentials are encrypted.

Retention and deletion

Conversations and appointments are kept while the clinic or store you messaged uses the service. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time — see the data deletion instructions.
